Our GS500 range of precision linear scales are reliable and accurate.The GS500 is approximately 28% slimmer than our GS300 linear scales, allowing for installation in limited space applications, for example the cross slide on a lathe or smaller milling machines. Comprising of a rigid aluminium extrusion with slotted mounting blocks at each end. Mounted within the extrusion is a precision etched glass scale. The optical reading head is housed in a metal casing with threaded mounting holes in the side and underside. |  |
